From enquiry to report

We’ll respond to your enquiry within 24 hours, requesting any further information, and clarifying your specific requirements and timescales. Scott will then follow up personally to discuss next steps. By the end of that call, you’ll have a clear action plan, costings, and delivery dates. You will always receive your court-ready report on time.

Clear and accessible reports for every case

Every report we prepare is clear and unambiguous. Any costings will be clearly itemised. Once you have reviewed the report, you may, of course, come back to us with further questions, or seek clarification. These are delt with promptly. Where a joint statement is required, Scott is highly experienced and equipped to ensure the pertinent points are discussed, clarified, and clearly detailed within the statement.

Objective and informed assessments

Scott has worked as a hands-on orthotist for 18+ years, and as an expert witness, is relied upon to deliver accurate assessments as to every individual’s condition and prognosis, with associated costings. He will assess whether the patient’s condition is consistent with the injury or defect sustained, and take any past history into account that may influence their presentation at time of assessment.

Lasting relationships

Once we’ve submitted your report, we’re still here to help. You can come back to us with any requests for clarifications, or any new questions that arise in response to the report. We’ll always respond promptly to requests for provisional court dates, and you’ll always find us fully apprised and prepared for any necessary meetings with solicitors or counsel.
